These courses are easy and very enjoyable. There is a lake coming into play on a few holes. Many oak trees line the fairways and can affect your shots. "Golf Digest" rated the Highlands Course as the 9th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996. The new links-style nine, designed by Keith Foster in 1996, features elevation changes and small, extremely sloped greens.
