This club is restricted to homeowners and their guests, and no green fees are collected from either. There is no pro shop and no on-site personnel. The course runs through a fully developed housing community and is well-maintained. There are eleven sand bunkers on the course and water hazards come into play on three holes. Ladies' tee off from the same set as the men, and there are no slope or course ratings.
