This championship course covers over 118 acres of rolling landscape. The natural rock formations and walls, along with the densely wooded areas, plus meandering creeks were all integrated into the design of this course. The Washington Times calls it, "a snazzy, eighteen hole smorgasbord of sly greens, generous spaces, and tree-framed valleys." The 5,954-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 75.0 and slope of 134. The 5,213-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 65.9 and slope of 119.
