Avalon Golf Club is located between Ocean City and Wildwood, along the Jersey coast. This is a popular 18-hole course for both visitors of New Jersey and locals who are ready for a little challenge. This course will test your skill level, not only will you have to contend with water holes and sand traps, but because of its location so close to the shore, you will also have the wind to contend with on certain days. On the Avalon course you can play 6,325 yards of golf on the blue tees, 5,896 yards on the white tees, 5,239 yards on the gold tees or 4,924 yards on the red tees. This course has a rating of 70.1 with a slope rating of 122. Rye grass is what you will be playing on. The course is open daily from dawn till dusk year round.

The cost to play at Avalon is the same during the weekdays as it is on the weekends, a mere $79.00 to tee off. Feel like golfing in the twilight? The cost of a twilight game is only $65.00. If you’re not up to an 18 round game, you can just drive some balls at their 20 tee driving range.

Members can book their tee time 15 days in advance. Non members can book their tee time 14 days in advance. Enjoy the course while enjoying the coast.
