This course is part of the Red Mike Resort. It was built in the countryside and plays alongside Lake Sakakawea. The terrain is rolling, so you can expect some uneven lies. The course overlooks a valley and is extremely scenic. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are large and multi-tiered. There are no water hazards, but several sand bunkers do come into play. "GOLFWEEK" ranked it 41st among "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1997, 75th for 1998 and 81st for 1999.
