This interesting course features many changes in elevation. The fairways were built on rolling terrain and are well bunkered. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 7th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996, and ranked it as the 18th "Best in State" course for the years 1995 through 1998. Several pine trees are scattered across the course that can affect your shots. The greenside bunkers are large and deep in some places. This course has added a new feature to the world of golf, llama caddies. A llama, known for its friendly and quiet manners, can be ordered by calling (800) LLAMA 92. A single llama can carry up to two golf bags. Green fees change several times a year, it is suggested you call ahead for current prices.
