This course plays fair, but it is quite difficult. There are waterfalls, lakes, streams, bridges, and hand laid bricks incorporated into the course design. This club received a landscaping award from the State of Michigan. The signature hole is #16, a 194-yard, par 3, featuring a water hazard in front of the green and a scenic bridge and waterfall. The most difficult hole is #6, a 463-yard, par 4, requiring uphill shots all the way to the green. This club provides a grill room strictly for the use of ladies.
