This wooded course is extremely hilly, so expect uneven lies. The narrow fairways are lined with large oak and maple trees, including many that over-hang into the fairways. The small greens offer many subtle breaks and mainly slope from front to back. In addition, a pond comes into play on one hole, #12, a 143-yard, par 3. Some tees and greens are elevated. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 9th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and 14th best for 1997-98.
