This hilly course requires many blind shots. The large trees can frequently affect your shotmaking strategies, and water hazards come into play on three holes. Since this is a mountain course, expect a myriad of spectacular vistas and views. The fairways are tree-lined and lead to large, undulating greens of moderate speed. The course plays from 4,715 to 5,721-yards and there are three sets of tees. The senior discount is only good Monday through Friday before noon. Only a nine hole fee is required for playing the course after 3 PM. Private instruction is available on site at the Georgia Golf Academy. The course was redesigned by Mike Young in 1991.
