This 18-hole course is nestled behind the Marriott Hotel, one of the largest convention center hotels in the Southeast and located two miles from Disney World. This is a relatively flat course with scattered groves of strategically placed trees which may affect an occasional errant tee shot. There are nine ponds that come into play on sixteen holes, sometimes twice on the same hole. The golf shop has been named as one of America's Best by "Golf Shop Operations" magazine. Hawk's Landing underwent a redesign by Bob Cupp, Jr. in 2001, and the course was expanded to 6,900-yards.
