This is a retirement community course which has recently opened its doors to the public. The course is very narrow because of the multiple cut of rough and thick tree-lines bordering all the fairways. There are no water hazards on the course, but there are thirty-four well-positioned sand bunkers. The "postage stamp" sized greens are undulating and their speeds are determined by the seasonal weather conditions. All the tee boxes and greens are elevated. The terrain is rolling and all the trees, including oaks, make this a picturesque course. The ladies' yardage is not listed on the scorecard.
