This course is part of a mobile home community. Since it was built on top of an old phosphate mine, it is more hilly than the average Florida course. The signature hole is #6, a 406-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway with a creek flowing down the left side, then an approach shot to a green protected in front by large pine trees.
