This course is located in the foothills of Riverside. The course is in excellent condition, and the greens are firm and fast. The sloped greens vary in size and many of them are protected by greenside bunkers. The fairways are somewhat open, heavily sloped, and the grass is sparse in some areas, however, there are thick tree lines and a standard cut of rough defining each hole. One of the more difficult holes is #12, a 213-yard, par 3, requiring a lengthy tee shot to a heavily sloped green, you must hit your tee shot to the left side of this green, because it slopes heavily from left to right, if you want to have any chance at a birdie. Many holes are lined with out-of-bounds stakes, so an errant shot can mean disaster. One of the most scenic holes on this course is #3, a 301-yard, par 4, with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside from off the tee box.
